Nvidia’s Projected Market Valuation
Nvidia, currently valued at $4.55 trillion, is projected by investor James Anderson to potentially reach a market cap of $50 trillion over the next decade, driven by the increasing adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. This forecast relies on maintaining current profit margins and a projected data center market growth of 60% annually.
In its fiscal 2026 third quarter, Nvidia reported a record revenue of $57 billion, a 62% year-over-year increase, and earnings per share (EPS) of $1.30, up 67%. The company anticipates a fourth-quarter revenue of $65 billion, representing an 84% growth. Furthermore, Nvidia dominates the data center GPU market with a 92% share, further reinforcing its significant position in the AI landscape.
However, Anderson emphasizes this is a possibility rather than a prediction, estimating only a 10% to 15% chance of achieving such a valuation due to potential hurdles, including competition and market conditions.
