Education and Tobacco Stocks Decline in Tuesday Trading

On Tuesday, shares in the education and training services sector fell by approximately 1.7%. Key contributors to this decline included Stride, which dropped around 8.6%, and Adtalem Global Education, down about 4.9%.

Cigarettes and tobacco stocks also underperformed, declining by roughly 1.7% as a group. Universal experienced a significant drop of about 4.5%, while Turning Point Brands fell by approximately 2.1%.
