The iShares MSCI Agriculture Producers ETF (VEGI) experienced unusually high trading volume on Tuesday, with over 574,000 shares exchanged compared to a three-month average of approximately 50,000. The ETF’s share value rose by about 1.5% during the session.
Key components driving this activity included CNH Industrial, which saw a 2.2% increase with over 17.9 million shares traded, and Mosaic, up 2.8% with more than 7.4 million shares. CF Industries Holdings led the components with a 5.1% rise, while Vital Farms lagged, down about 0.5%.
