APA Corp’s year-to-date increase is 10.65%, while OXY is down 1.92% for the same period, with the two making up approximately 3.0% of XLE’s holdings.
The Consumer Products sector follows closely with a 0.3% gain, led by Hershey Company (Ticker: HSY) at 3.7% and Lamb Weston Holdings Inc (Ticker: LW) at 2.6%. The iShares U.S. Consumer Goods ETF (IYK) is down 0.2% today, but up 5.59% year-to-date. HSY has surged 16.04% in 2023, while LW is down 12.19%, together comprising 1.7% of IYK’s holdings.
