Brookfield Corporation Launches AI Infrastructure Fund

Brookfield Corporation (NYSE: BN) announced the launch of its inaugural AI Infrastructure Fund in November, aiming to raise $10 billion in capital. The firm plans to acquire up to $100 billion in AI infrastructure assets, in collaboration with Nvidia and the Kuwait Investment Authority. Initial investments include a $5 billion funding for advanced fuel cells by Bloom Energy and the establishment of Radiant, a company dedicated to building AI-specific data centers.

Brookfield highlighted the necessity of a $7 trillion investment over the next decade to support AI infrastructure growth. Along with its asset management arm, Brookfield Asset Management, the company is reinforcing its commitment to developing the physical foundation necessary for AI’s widespread adoption, indicating a projected 25% compound annual growth rate in earnings per share over the next five years.
