SPDR S&P 500 ESG ETF Experiences Surge in Afternoon Trading
Investors Keep an Eye on Major Components
The SPDR S&P 500 ESG ETF is witnessing an unusual spike in trading activity on Thursday afternoon, reporting over 1.4 million shares exchanged compared to a typical three-month daily volume of around 143,000 shares. Interestingly, shares of EFIV remained unchanged throughout the day.
Among the ETF’s components, Nvidia led the trading with a gain of approximately 2.8%, reaching a remarkable volume of over 83.7 million shares. Meanwhile, Tesla’s stock dipped by about 5% with more than 59.5 million shares traded. Western Digital stood out positively, enjoying an increase of around 4.8% during the trading session.
