In contrast, Nektar Therapeutics (NKTR) experienced a 4.1% rise, reporting a fourth-quarter 2025 adjusted loss of $1.78 per share, which was better than the Zacks Consensus Estimate of a $2.76 loss. Oruka Therapeutics Inc. (ORKA) saw its shares surge 25% after announcing a narrower adjusted loss of $0.45 per share, compared to the expected loss of $0.61 per share.
