WhatsApp, a division of META, has launched a new app for the Apple Watch that allows users to manage conversations independently from their iPhones. The app supports features such as viewing call notifications, reading and replying to messages, sending voice messages and emojis, and accessing chat history.
The app also improves media display for clearer viewing of images and stickers while maintaining end-to-end encryption for all personal chats and calls. It is available for Apple Watch Series 4 and later models running watchOS 10 or newer.
As of now, META’s stock is trading at $627.35, reflecting a 1.26% decrease on the NasdaqGS.
