**Wheat Futures Decline Amid Mixed Market Conditions**

As of midday, the wheat complex is experiencing losses across most contracts. Chicago SRW futures have decreased by 6 to 7 cents, while KC HRW futures are down the same amount. Notably, there were 91 deliveries against March KC wheat reported overnight. Meanwhile, MPLS spring wheat futures fell by 4 to 5 cents in the front months.

The Kansas Crop Progress report showed that winter wheat conditions dropped to 58% rated as good/excellent, according to the Brugler500 index, down from 61% in early February. Upcoming export sales data, expected to be released on Thursday, is anticipated to show net wheat sales ranging from 200,000 to 500,000 metric tons for the week ending February 26. Current March CBOT wheat stands at $5.69 1/4, which reflects a decrease of 3 cents.
