Wheat futures are experiencing early gains across markets on Friday, following a Thursday decline. CBOT soft red wheat futures closed down between 1 to 2.5 cents, while KC HRW futures rose by 3 to 4 cents. The USDA Export Sales report, typically released on Monday, has been delayed until today, with traders anticipating sales of 350,000 to 700,000 metric tons for the week ending August 28.

In July, wheat exports reached 2.305 million metric tons (84.69 million bushels), marking a 34.05% increase month-over-month and a 22.52% rise year-over-year, representing a five-year high.

On September 25, CBOT Wheat closed at $5.02 1/4, down 1 3/4 cents but currently up 4 1/4 cents. KC Wheat closed at $4.79 3/4, down 3 cents, with a current increase of 5 cents.
