Peloton Interactive (NASDAQ: PTON) is projected to experience its fifth consecutive year of declining revenue in fiscal 2026, with a forecasted drop to approximately $2.4 billion, down from $2.5 billion in fiscal 2025 and significantly lower than its peak of $4 billion in fiscal 2021. The company’s attempts to revitalize growth through products and partnerships, such as with Amazon and Dick’s Sporting Goods, have not yielded positive results, as revenue fell by 3% during the second quarter of 2026.

As of December 31, 2025, Peloton reported 2.7 million connected fitness subscribers and an additional 522,000 digital app members. These figures highlight a limited market, contrasting sharply with early management predictions that the company would target 100 million subscribers. Analysts express skepticism regarding Peloton’s ability to return to sustainable growth without significant changes in consumer behavior or the economic environment.
