C3.ai has entered a significant partnership with defense contractor HII to integrate its Enterprise AI technology into HII’s shipbuilding operations. This collaboration aims to enhance planning, operations, and supply chains, potentially accelerating readiness for the U.S. Navy’s fleet. The deal follows a successful pilot program at HII’s Ingalls Shipbuilding that optimized scheduling and labor allocation.

This partnership is poised to extend C3.ai’s federal presence, which is already on the rise after securing a $450 million contract ceiling with the U.S. Air Force for its PANDA predictive maintenance platform and expanding its work with various Department of Defense agencies. In the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025, C3.ai reported revenues of $108.7 million, a 26% increase year-over-year, with total revenues for the fiscal year at $389.1 million, marking a 25% increase.

C3.ai’s strong momentum is reflected in a 419% year-over-year increase in partner-supported bookings. The company has established relationships with key players such as Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud, highlighting its growing credibility in defense and industrial sectors. The stock has shown an 11.8% increase over the past three months, outperforming the industry average.
