Dell Technologies is set to release its first-quarter fiscal 2027 results on May 28, with projected revenue growth of 53% for its Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) and Client Solutions Group (CSG). ISG is expected to grow over 100% due to approximately $13 billion in AI server revenue, while CSG is projected to see a modest 2% growth.

The Zacks Consensus Estimate for CSG revenue stands at $12.91 billion, expecting a 3.2% increase year-over-year, while ISG is estimated at $22.38 billion, indicating a remarkable 117% growth from the previous year. Dell ended fiscal 2026 with a record $43 billion backlog in AI-related orders and reported an operating income of $2.9 billion for ISG in the last quarter, with margins at 14.8%.

Despite challenges in the CSG segment from competition and pricing pressures—especially from Apple, HP, and Lenovo—the company expects a stable demand with growth driven largely by enterprise refresh activities.
