The Data Center segment accounted for 52.4% of total revenues in Q4 2025, helped by robust demand for its EPYC processors and Instinct GPUs.

In Q4 2025, AMD’s Data Center revenues reached $5.38 billion, up 39.4% year-over-year, driven by strong uptake from hyperscalers who introduced more than 230 EPYC-powered instances.
