ICF’s Weekly Performance Surges with Notable Company Movements
The iShares Cohen & Steers REIT ETF has caught attention due to an unusual trading surge on Monday afternoon. Over 1.4 million shares exchanged hands, significantly outpacing the three-month average of approximately 127,000 shares. The fund’s shares rose by about 0.6% during the trading session.
Among the ETF’s components, Host Hotels & Resorts led with notable activity, climbing by about 0.1% as over 2.6 million shares were traded. Invitation Homes also experienced strong trading volume, increasing by approximately 0.8% with over 2.4 million shares changing hands. UDR shone the brightest on this trading day, with a gain of around 1.8%. In contrast, Equity Lifestyle Properties lagged behind, showing a decline of about 0.8%.
