The iShares Core High Dividend ETF (HDV) experienced notably high trading volume on Thursday, with over 866,000 shares exchanged, significantly surpassing the three-month average of approximately 196,000 shares. As a result, the ETF’s shares increased by about 1.7% during the session.
Among the ETF’s components, Qualcomm stood out with a 17.1% rise, with over 35.1 million shares traded, while Altria Group gained 5.9% with more than 11.4 million shares changing hands. Conversely, Mgic Investment lagged behind, decreasing by approximately 6%.
