Palantir Technologies Reports Strong Q1 Results
Palantir Technologies (NASDAQ: PLTR) announced its Q1 2026 earnings, featuring an 85% year-over-year revenue growth, marking its fastest growth rate since going public. The company’s U.S. revenue surged by 104% to $1.28 billion, with commercial segment revenue up 133% to $595 million. Profitability also improved, with net income rising to $871 million and earnings per share increasing to $0.34 from $0.08 a year earlier.
As a result of these robust numbers, Palantir raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance from an expected 61% growth to 71%, anticipating a midpoint revenue of approximately $7.66 billion. However, despite these strong performance indicators, concerns remain regarding Palantir’s high valuation, with a price-to-earnings ratio nearing 150, compared to a 41 ratio for competitor Nvidia, which reported a 73% revenue increase in its latest quarter.
