NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA) reported record Data Center market platform revenues of $75.25 billion for Q1 fiscal 2027, marking a 92% increase year over year and a 21% sequential rise. This segment now accounts for over 92% of its total revenues, driven by strong demand for the Blackwell platform among major hyperscalers and cloud providers. Hyperscale revenues surged 115% year over year to $37.87 billion, showing significant growth in AI infrastructure.
NVIDIA’s AI Clouds and Enterprise business contributed $37.4 billion in revenues, up 74% year over year, with Data Center networking revenues also rising dramatically by 199% to $14.8 billion. The company anticipates Q2 revenues will reach approximately $91 billion, indicating a projected growth of 95% year over year. Estimates suggest that Data Center revenues for fiscal 2027 could hit $363.78 billion, an 88% year-over-year increase.
In the competitive landscape, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) saw Data Center revenues rise 57.2% year over year to $5.78 billion, while Intel Corporation (INTC) reported a 22% gain to $5.05 billion. Both companies are focusing on AI solutions to capture a share of the growing market.
