Nebius Group Reports Significant Growth in AI Cloud Revenue

Nebius Group (NASDAQ: NBIS) reported a remarkable 841% year-over-year increase in its AI cloud revenue, reaching $390 million in Q1 2026. This growth is attributed to the company’s ongoing expansion of AI and high-performance computing (HPC) data centers, supported by a $2 billion investment from Nvidia earlier this year.

In addition to its core data center business, Nebius is developing its robotics segment through Avride, which targets the burgeoning robotaxi and delivery robot markets. Investment in Avride, backed by Uber, totaled $375 million, with projections estimating the robotaxi market could generate $400 billion in revenue by 2035. Avride’s delivery robot sales also surged by 178% year-over-year, totaling 174,000 units in Q1 2026.

Nebius plans to significantly increase its contracted data center capacity to over 4 gigawatts (GW) by the end of the year, up from 170 megawatts (MW) at the end of 2025, indicating strong future revenue potential.
