Ford Motor Company reported second-quarter 2026 adjusted earnings of 42 cents per share, exceeding the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 33 cents by 27.27%. Adjusted EBIT increased 17% to $2.5 billion, with an EBIT margin growth to 5.2%. However, automotive revenues declined 4.4% year-over-year to $44.89 billion, missing the consensus mark of $45.72 billion.
Wholesale units fell 12% to 1,039,000 due to product discontinuations and supply constraints. Ford Blue revenues inched up 1% to $26.1 billion, with EBIT surging 72% to $1.135 billion. Meanwhile, Ford Model e revenues plummeted 56% to $1 billion, though EBIT loss narrowed 31% to $919 million. Ford Pro revenues dropped 5% to $17.8 billion, with EBIT declining 26% to $1.718 billion.
Ford raised its full-year adjusted EBIT forecast to $10-$11 billion and adjusted free cash flow to $6-$7 billion. The adjusted EBIT outlook for Ford Blue is now $5-$5.5 billion, while the anticipated Model e loss is about $4 billion.
