LKQ Corporation reported Q2 2026 adjusted earnings of 67 cents per share on revenues of $3.41 billion, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 73 cents and $3.50 billion, respectively. This represents a 20.2% decline in earnings from 87 cents per share year-over-year and a 3% drop in revenue compared to Q2 2025.

North American revenues rose slightly to $1.47 billion, marking the first organic growth since 2023. In contrast, European revenues dropped to $1.46 billion due to ERP implementation challenges, which reportedly reduced revenues by an estimated $140 million. The company’s adjusted EBITDA decreased to $349 million, reflecting a margin contraction to 10.2% as SG&A expenses rose to 29% of revenues.

Looking ahead, LKQ has revised its 2026 outlook, now expecting a decline in organic parts and services revenue between 1% and 3%. Adjusted earnings are projected to range from $2.60 to $2.90 per share, down from previous forecasts.
