Bloom Energy Reports Record Q2 2026

Bloom Energy (NYSE: BE) announced a record revenue of over $1 billion for Q2 2026, marking a 165.5% increase compared to the previous year. This is the first time the company has surpassed the $1 billion milestone in a single quarter. In addition, Bloom reported a net profit of over $196 million, reversing a net loss of $42.6 million in Q2 2025. The company’s gross margin improved from 26.7% to 33.4% year-over-year.

As AI data centers seek alternative power solutions, Bloom’s solid oxide technology is gaining traction among major U.S. tech companies. Meanwhile, Oklo and NuScale Power are developing small modular nuclear reactors to support growing energy demands, but neither company has commenced commercial operations yet. Oklo has a prepayment agreement with Meta Platforms for a future reactor project, expected to deliver up to 1.2 gigawatts by 2034.
