Netlist (OTCMKTS:NLST) reported second-quarter revenue of $109.8 million, a 163% increase from the same quarter in 2025. In the first six months of 2026, the company recorded revenue of $214.7 million, tripling year-over-year. The significant revenue growth is attributed to strong demand for DRAM products, with second-quarter gross profit rising 1,544% to $22.9 million.

Netlist’s operating income was $1.3 million in Q2, reflecting an $8 million improvement from the previous year, and the company ended the quarter with $40.7 million in cash. The CEO emphasized that constraints in memory product supply are expected to persist, indicating stable outlook for the next quarter.

In legal news, Netlist is pursuing multiple patent disputes against Samsung, including a significant ITC case related to DDR5 memory modules. The first case is set for evidentiary hearings in late November, following a recent discovery closure in July. In addition, Netlist is awaiting decisions on appeals concerning previous jury verdicts against Samsung and Micron.
