In trading on Thursday, shares in the education and training services sector fell by approximately 6.2%, largely affected by Universal Technical Institute, which plummeted by 33.1%, and Chegg, which declined by 15.3%.
Additionally, waste management stocks also struggled, dropping by around 4.6%. This sector was led down by Onterris, which fell by 36.9%, while Perma-Fix Environmental Services experienced a marginal decrease of 0.5%.
