As of now, the IWM is trading at $303.88, within its 52-week range of $223.69 to $305.18. The uptick in shares outstanding comes as small-cap companies like Moog Inc (up 0.7%) and UMB Financial Corp (up 0.3%) contribute to the ETF’s performance.
