CEOs Invest Millions in Their Own Stocks: An Insider Perspective

Intel’s CEO, Lip-Bu Tan, purchased nearly $10 million in shares during the chipmaker’s recent stock offering, signaling strong confidence in the company’s turnaround strategy. This comes as Intel reported a 25% year-over-year increase in revenues to $16.1 billion, its highest growth rate in over a decade. The Data Center and AI business unit saw a significant revenue jump of nearly 60% YoY, totaling $6.3 billion, while the Foundry division also grew by 31% YoY to reach $5.8 billion.

Other corporate leaders have also made notable insider purchases: CoStar Group CEO Andrew Florance acquired 83,300 shares at an average price of approximately $29.89, totaling about $2.5 million. Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla bought 38,000 shares at around $26.34, amounting to over $1 million.
