**UPS Reduces Dependency on Amazon, Anticipates Growth in 2026**

UPS (NYSE: UPS) plans to cut its shipping volume related to Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) by over 50% through 2026, phasing out last-mile delivery services across major markets. This follows Amazon being UPS’s largest customer, accounting for 11% of UPS’s revenue in 2024 and 2025, a figure that dropped below 9% in 2026.

To compensate for the loss of Amazon’s lower-margin orders, UPS is focusing on higher-margin business from small-to-medium enterprises and healthcare sectors. The company projects a revenue increase of 3% to $91.2 billion and a 1% rise in adjusted EPS to $7.22 for 2026. This marks the first simultaneous growth in revenue and adjusted EPS since 2022.
