Nvidia’s Investment Portfolio Insights
Nvidia, known for its dominance in AI and data center technology, has seen its investment portfolio grow to $63.4 billion, with major stakes in Intel and SpaceX. As of June 30, Intel accounts for 44.23% of Nvidia’s assets, valued at nearly $30 billion, following a $5 billion investment that closed in December. SpaceX represents 30.94%, worth close to $21 billion after Nvidia invested $10 billion during its xAI acquisition in January.
Despite recent gains, Nvidia’s indirect investment in these companies carries risks. While Intel maintains a stable position in personal computing, SpaceX is still proving the sustainability of its business model amid significant losses. Nvidia’s Data Center segment reported a 117% sales increase in its fiscal second quarter, highlighting the ongoing demand for AI solutions.
