Moderna (NASDAQ: MRNA) and Merck (NYSE: MRK) announced positive results from their Phase 3 INTerpath-001 trial for the mRNA-based therapy intismeran, achieving primary endpoints in patients with advanced melanoma. The results marked the first successful Phase 3 trial for an mRNA cancer treatment and boosted Moderna’s stock by 177% to $174.38. Meanwhile, Pharvaris (NASDAQ: PHVS) anticipates topline data from its CHAPTER-3 trial for the oral treatment of hereditary angioedema in Q3, with expectations of significant efficacy compared to existing therapies.

AbbVie (NYSE: ABBV) has reported substantial growth, with Skyrizi generating $5.5 billion and Rinvoq $2.5 billion in the second quarter, leading to an increased full-year revenue guidance of $67.6 billion.
