JPMorgan Chase & Co (JPM) is experiencing significant options trading activity, with 46,671 contracts traded today. This volume equates to approximately 4.7 million underlying shares, accounting for 80.6% of JPM’s average daily volume of 5.8 million shares over the past month. Notably, 2,506 contracts for the $315 strike put option expiring October 16, 2026, have been traded, representing around 250,600 underlying shares.

UnitedHealth Group Inc (UNH) is also witnessing heightened trading, with 33,773 contracts exchanged today, equivalent to about 3.4 million underlying shares or 70.8% of its average daily volume of 4.8 million shares. A significant portion involves the $390 strike call option expiring September 18, 2026, which saw 1,870 contracts traded, representing approximately 187,000 underlying shares.

Lastly, Lindsay Corp (LNN) recorded options trading of 1,074 contracts, about 107,400 underlying shares or 67.9% of its average daily volume of 158,065 shares. The $125 strike call option expiring September 18, 2026, accounted for 1,069 contracts, which corresponds to approximately 106,900 underlying shares.
