Adobe has entered a multi-year strategic partnership with Jet2 to enhance personalized customer experiences using AI technologies. This partnership includes the implementation of Adobe CX Enterprise, aimed at providing tailored holiday recommendations and engagement strategies. Additionally, the collaboration will feature a Jet2 x Adobe Customer Experience Lab to support the development of AI-driven experiences. Jet2 became one of Adobe’s notable enterprise customers in the third quarter of fiscal 2026.

In the same quarter, Adobe’s AI-driven customer experience offerings saw significant growth, with annual recurring revenues (ARR) exceeding $650 million, marking over 150% year-over-year increase. The Adobe Experience Manager and other applications in the customer experience portfolio also recorded more than 20% growth in ARR. The overall user base for Adobe CX Enterprise had surpassed 1,700 customers by the end of this quarter.

As Adobe strengthens its competitive position against Microsoft and Salesforce, it faces challenges, as both companies rapidly expand their AI capabilities. Adobe’s share price has dropped 31.9% year-to-date, contrasting the broader technology sector’s growth of 22.8%. The company currently has a forward price-to-earnings ratio of 8.79, significantly lower than the sector average of 21.36.
