Salesforce, Inc. (CRM) reported significant growth in its artificial intelligence (AI) sector, with annual recurring revenues (ARR) from the Agentforce platform surpassing $1 billion in the first quarter of fiscal 2027. This marks a 205% year-over-year increase, reflecting a total ARR of $1.2 billion for Agentforce. Overall revenues increased by 13% to $11.13 billion.
Salesforce processed 28.6 trillion AI tokens and noted a 200% surge in combined AI and data ARR, reaching $3.4 billion. During the quarter, the company secured 98 deals exceeding $1 million in annual contract value, positioning itself for continued customer spending growth. The Zacks Consensus Estimate for Salesforce’s fiscal 2027 revenues is projected at $46.08 billion, an 11% increase year-over-year.
Meanwhile, competitors Microsoft and Oracle are also advancing in AI, with Microsoft’s AI business achieving an annual revenue run rate of $37 billion and Oracle reporting a 44% increase in total cloud revenues to $8.9 billion. Salesforce’s shares have declined 24.2% year to date, even as earnings estimates for fiscal 2027 indicate a potential 6.6% growth.
