Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) has expanded its strategic partnership with Microsoft (MSFT) to enhance their collaboration on GPUs, CPUs, and software within the Azure cloud platform. This expansion, announced on Monday, includes plans for Microsoft to leverage AMD’s Helios infrastructure for frontier model inference, aiming to improve networking performance across their fleet.

AMD has also secured multi-year deployment commitments from tech giants like Meta Platforms (META) and OpenAI, solidifying its position as a key supplier in the AI and data center markets. Analyst estimates suggest AMD will achieve mid double-digit revenue growth through 2027, and the company has maintained a record by beating earnings expectations for 29 consecutive quarters.

Additionally, AMD’s shares are currently experiencing a pullback to the 10-week moving average for the first time since early 2026, presenting an attractive buying opportunity for investors.
