Apple Moves Towards $5 Trillion Valuation

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) is nearing a market valuation of $5 trillion, currently valued at approximately $4.97 trillion. The company reported a 23% year-over-year increase in iPhone sales for the 2026 fiscal first quarter and a 21% increase in the second quarter. Positive developments in its AI strategy, including a $1 billion annual deal with Alphabet for AI technology, have bolstered market confidence.

Apple will announce its third-quarter earnings on July 30, with projections of $108.96 billion in revenue and an earnings per share (EPS) of $1.89, up from $1.57 last year. If these figures exceed expectations, Apple is poised to become the second company in history to surpass the $5 trillion mark, following in the footsteps of Saudi Aramco.
