Unusual Trading Activity in Global X S&P 500 Catholic Values ETF Sparks Interest
In afternoon trading on Tuesday, the Global X S&P 500 Catholic Values ETF (CATH) experienced a surge in volume, with more than 1.0 million shares traded. This figure significantly exceeds its three-month average of approximately 27,000 shares. Despite the high trading activity, shares of CATH slipped by around 0.7% during the session.
Leading the volume in this ETF were Nvidia and Palantir Technologies, both of which faced notable declines. Nvidia fell about 4.8%, with trading exceeding 255.7 million shares. Similarly, Palantir Technologies dropped around 6.5% on a volume of more than 63.1 million shares. In contrast, Enphase Energy performed much better, posting a gain of about 6.6% by the end of the day.
