The company reported AI server orders at a record $60.9 billion, with total revenues of $16.4 billion and an ending backlog of $95 billion. Year-to-date, DELL’s stock has surged 308.4%, significantly outperforming the broader Zacks Computer and Technology sector’s growth of 17.5%.

In the same quarter, Dell’s traditional server and networking revenues saw a substantial increase of 122% year over year. The company anticipates AI server revenues for fiscal 2027 to reach $74 billion, nearly triple the previous year’s amount. DELL’s ongoing client base expansion includes over 6,500 customers across neocloud, sovereign, and enterprise markets, driven by increasing demand for IT infrastructure modernization.

Additionally, the Zacks Consensus Estimate projects DELL’s earnings at $4.78 per share for the third quarter of fiscal 2027, reflecting an 84.56% growth from last year. The overall consensus for fiscal 2027 earnings stands at $20.48 per share, indicating a 98.83% year-over-year growth.
