The Invesco Energy Exploration & Production ETF (PXE) experienced significant trading activity on Monday, with over 917,000 shares exchanged, compared to its three-month average of approximately 66,000 shares. The ETF’s share price decreased by 3.2% during the session.
Among its components, Devon Energy saw a volume of over 7.3 million shares traded, falling by 1.8%, while Occidental Petroleum faced a 3.4% decline with over 5.2 million shares changing hands. Notably, CNX Resources was the only component to gain, rising by 0.6%, whereas SM Energy declined by about 6.4%.
