PepsiCo, Inc. (PEP) reported a 3% increase in global convenient foods organic volume and a 4% increase in international convenient foods organic volume for Q2 2026, driven by demand across key markets. In North America, the company gained volume share in various snack categories, including a three-quarter streak of growth in the U.S. salty-snack category. Notably, portion-control multipacks generated over $3.5 billion in annual net revenues, contributing to overall growth.

Despite a slight decline in share price of 2.2% over the past three months, PepsiCo trades at a forward P/E ratio of 15.54, lower than the industry average of 19.41. The Zacks Consensus Estimate indicates an expected year-over-year earnings growth of 5.3% for 2026 and 4.9% for 2027.
