Genmab A/S (NASDAQ:GMAB) is set for a pivotal fourth quarter with three Phase III oncology program readouts anticipated, as reported by Andrew Carlsen, the company’s VP of Investor Relations. The studies involve EPKINLY for frontline diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), Rina-S for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer, and petosemtamab for first-line metastatic head and neck cancer. These opportunities could potentially position Genmab’s treatments as first-in-class in their respective categories.
The key readouts are expected from EPKINLY versus R-CHOP, Rina-S in ovarian cancer, and petosemtamab plus KEYTRUDA versus KEYTRUDA, with results being presented during the fourth quarter. Genmab projects that these assets could significantly impact their financials, estimating petosemtamab could generate over $1 billion in sales by 2029.
Genmab’s strategic focus includes launching these three treatments, targeting 2027 for potential market entry, pending data and regulatory review. A robust development pipeline has been established for both Rina-S and petosemtamab, with five active Phase III trials underway for Rina-S and additional Phase II studies initiated for petosemtamab in colorectal cancer.
