High Roller Technologies (NYSEAMERICAN: ROLR) is preparing to enter the U.S. prediction markets sector under its ROLR brand, supported by a partnership with Crypto.com and an introducing broker license from the National Futures Association. CEO Seth Young announced these developments during a recent presentation, emphasizing a strategic shift from online casino operations to prediction markets.

The company reported approximately $30 million in revenue for 2024, declining to about $20 million in 2025 as it closed various casino markets. High Roller has raised $26 million in January, holding $18 million in cash equivalents and nearly $30 million in shareholders’ equity at the end of Q2. Young expects the collaborative compliance framework with Crypto.com will allow entry into 42 states, distinguishing prediction markets from state-licensed sports betting.

According to a Macquarie estimate, annual prediction-market contract trading volume could reach $1.5 trillion by 2030, representing a potential addressable market of $50 billion. Young emphasized plans to compete through innovative product design and operational speed, highlighting that the company focuses solely on prediction markets, contrasting with competitors involved in multiple sectors.
