Among the S&P 500 index constituents, NVIDIA Corp (NVDA) exhibited significant options trading today, with 2.2 million contracts exchanging hands, equivalent to approximately 223.2 million underlying shares. This trading volume hit 125.6% of NVDA’s average daily volume of 177.8 million shares over the past month. Notably, the $210 strike call option expiring on June 8, 2026, saw high activity with 309,720 contracts traded, representing about 31.0 million underlying shares.

Coinbase Global Inc (COIN) also showed strong options activity, recording 113,257 contracts traded today, translating to approximately 11.3 million underlying shares, or 112.2% of its average daily volume of 10.1 million shares. The $170 strike call option expiring on June 18, 2026, accounted for 11,547 contracts, equating to roughly 1.2 million underlying shares.

Microsoft Corporation (MSFT) reported a trading volume of 408,897 contracts, representing about 40.9 million underlying shares, which is 110.5% of its average daily volume of 37.0 million shares. The $410 strike put option expiring on June 8, 2026, was particularly active with 26,154 contracts traded, corresponding to approximately 2.6 million underlying shares.
