Nebius Group N.V. (NBIS) has significantly enhanced its partnership with NVIDIA (NVDA) to provide next-generation AI infrastructure globally. In the first quarter, NBIS reported a 385% year-over-year revenue growth, with a target to reach a $750 million–$1 billion run-rate by 2025. Although adjusted EBITDA is projected to be negative for 2023, management anticipates it will turn positive in the latter half of 2025.

To support this growth, NBIS recently announced the availability of NVIDIA’s GB200 Grace Blackwell Superchip in Europe and deployed NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs in the U.K.. This infrastructure aims to aid various sectors, including business and academia, enhancing access to advanced AI computing capabilities.

The AI market is projected to reach $1.01 trillion by 2031 at a CAGR of 26.6% from 2025-2031, presenting significant opportunities for Nebius amid competition from tech giants like Microsoft (MSFT) and CoreWeave, Inc. (CRWV).
