SpaceX to Report Second-Quarter Earnings on August 4

Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ: SPCX) is set to announce its second-quarter financial results on August 4, 2026, after market close. Revenue estimates for the quarter stand at approximately $6.87 billion, with a projected loss of $0.28 per share, following a revenue of nearly $4.7 billion and a loss of $1.27 per share in the first quarter of the year.

This earnings report will be pivotal not only for its financial insights but also because it will trigger the release of a significant tranche of shares previously under a lock-up policy. On the second trading day after the earnings release, 20% of insider shares will be eligible for sale if the stock price remains stable. As of July 21, the stock was trading around $123.50.
