In early trading on Wednesday, Boeing shares rose 5.2%, making it the top performer in the Dow Jones Industrial Average. Despite this boost, Boeing has seen a year-to-date loss of approximately 4.0%. Conversely, Goldman Sachs Group was the worst performer of the day, falling 0.9%, and is down about 4.5% year-to-date.
Other notable movements included Coca-Cola, trading down 0.7%, and Honeywell International, which gained 1.1%.
