HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital (NYSE:HASI) reported a 25% increase in second-quarter adjusted earnings per share, achieving $0.75, following over $1 billion in new investments during the quarter and $1.7 billion year-to-date. Their managed assets reached $17.6 billion, marking a 20% rise from the previous year, with an adjusted return on equity exceeding 15% for the second consecutive quarter.
In the first half of 2026, HASI recorded adjusted EPS of $1.52 and adjusted earnings of $200 million, up 31% year-over-year. The company also achieved closed transactions totaling $1.7 billion, with an investment pipeline exceeding $6.5 billion driven by utility-scale renewable demand. The outlook for 2028 adjusted EPS has been raised to between $3.55 and $3.65, and the target for adjusted return on equity remains above 17%.
