SunCoke Energy (NYSE:SXC) reported a second-quarter 2026 consolidated adjusted EBITDA of $69.6 million, up from $43.6 million a year earlier, largely due to the addition of Phoenix and increased terminal handling volumes. Net income attributable to SunCoke was $0.15 per share, a significant increase from $0.02 per share in the same quarter last year. The company raised its full-year consolidated adjusted EBITDA guidance to between $250 million and $265 million.

The domestic coke segment generated adjusted EBITDA of $42.5 million, with coke sales volumes totaling 878,000 tons, a decrease from 943,000 tons a year earlier. In industrial services, adjusted EBITDA soared to $34.4 million from $7.7 million year-over-year, with total terminal handling volumes reaching 6.7 million tons. SunCoke ended the quarter with $42.7 million in cash and total liquidity of $207 million, while also maintaining a strong cash flow outlook of $240 million to $260 million for the year.
