SSR Mining Inc. (SSRM) remains the third-largest gold producer in the U.S., primarily due to its Marigold mine in Nevada and CC&V in Colorado. In 2025, Marigold generated 33% of the company’s revenue, producing 153,535 ounces of gold, while the first half of 2026 saw 68,789 ounces produced. The company has increased its 2026 growth capital guidance for the Marigold mine from $48 million to $65 million to support longer-term growth initiatives. With over 38 years of operations, SSR Mining holds approximately 6 million ounces of gold in Mineral Reserves across the U.S.

In comparison, AngloGold Ashanti’s production decreased by 4% year-over-year in H1 2026, while Wheaton Precious Metals reported a 2.6% dip in Q2 production at 90,434 ounces.
