In trading on Wednesday, the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF rose approximately 3.4%, significantly outperforming other ETFs. Key contributors to this increase included Maxlinear, whose shares surged by 26.4%, and NXP Semiconductors, which saw a rise of 24.2%.
Conversely, the ARK Genomic Revolution ETF experienced a decline of around 3.4%. This ETF’s weak performance was driven by Caredx, which fell by 9.5%, and Pacific Biosciences of California, which dropped by 8.5% on the same day.
