Tesla Surges While Super Micro Computer Struggles in Nasdaq 100
The trading session on Monday saw notable shifts in the Nasdaq 100 index, particularly with Tesla leading the pack.
In early trading, shares of Tesla surged by 8.4%. This strong performance brings Tesla’s year-to-date gain to 40.1%, signaling strong investor confidence in the electric vehicle manufacturer.
Conversely, Super Micro Computer experienced a sharp decline, trading down 11.0% on the day. This drop adds to a disappointing year for the company, which has seen its stock fall approximately 23.3% since the beginning of the year.
Meanwhile, Micron Technology also faced challenges, trading down 3.3%. In contrast, Warner Bros Discovery made gains, trading up 3.1% as the day progressed.
