Nebius Price Increase to Meet AI Demand
Nebius Group (NASDAQ: NBIS) will increase its pricing for on-demand GPU compute services by approximately 20%, effective October 1. The price hikes will affect various Nvidia GPUs, including the H100 chips, which will rise to $4.50 per hour (up 17%), and the H200 chips, which will cost $5.40 per hour (up 20%).
The company has experienced skyrocketing demand, with a reported revenue increase of 454% year over year, reaching $582 million in the second quarter. Despite a net loss reduction of 64% to $33 million due to high capital expenditures, Nebius anticipates a full-year revenue of $3.2 billion and an annualized run rate of $8 billion.
